Individual Therapy: traditional individual therapy, with occasional adjunct from other people in the person’s life as necessary. Individual therapy generally begins with regular weekly sessions, which reduce in frequency as clinically appropriate.

We are excited to announce Conquering OCD Group: This is an 8-week ERP group is for teens age 13-18. Teens work together to complete exposures, support each other as they fight OCD, and learn to integrate the exposures lifestyle into their day to day experience.
